My name is Tania Pontes and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a background in Clinical Psychology, with many years of experience helping people overcome mental health difficulties triggered by life challenges. I have gained experience and honed my skills in a range of effective therapeutic approaches working over the years in the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom and more recently in private practice in La Linea de La Concepcion (Spain) and Gibraltar. I offer therapy in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
