I believe that we all have the capacity for growth and change and I will work together with you to help you find ways to make sense of your experience.

The sessions usually involve discussing the current issues that you are facing and exploring your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours related to them. I will also provide guidance, psicoeducation, tools for self-care as well as therapeutic skills and techniques.

The sessions are tailored to your needs and focus on helping you cope with your current issues and gain insight into how you can make positive changes in your life.

My approach is collaborative, warm, compassionate and non-judgemental – allowing you to feel safe, heard without judgement or criticism, accepted and understood throughout our therapeutic journey together. We will work together to identify goals that you would like to achieve through therapy and develop an action plan based on those goals so that you can live a more meaningful life.
